Grizzly Mountain Inc. will build a 505 acre Resort to be located just north of  Sacramento, California. The Resort will consist of a 110 acre Christian Theme Park, a 80+ acre Water Park, one 4 star Hotel and one 5 star Hotel. It will also include a small shopping center known as Peddlers Row which will include Restaurant's and Brand name stores. Also included will be a 5,000 square foot Black Light indoor miniature golf coarse as well as a black Light laser tag arena. The complete project will cost about 400 to 600 million to complete and will be built in stages with the Theme Park and Water park being the first items built. We estimate that the Theme park and Water Park will cost about $200 million to complete and will take about 24 months to build ( 12 months for the Water Park).
