be helping us with the following services;
Master Plan Programming , Preliminary Concept Design, Final Concept Design, Schematic
Design, Detail Design, Financing, Production And Construction Documents, Production And Construction, Installation And Testing, Operations/Management
, Pre-opening, Grand Opening.
Four years ago the Lord put this vision of a Christian based Theme Park in my heart and I have
been working on it ever sense. Now for most Christians, building a Theme Park would seem an impossible thing to do, but I don’t believe
in putting God in a box. After all doesn't the Bible say that “With God All Things Are Possible”? Last summer I had a dream; I dreamt
that I was standing in front of hundreds of children. Some were sick, some were dirty and hungry and some were homeless and just wanted
to be loved. As I was looking at the children, I started to weep and I looked up towards heaven and ask the Lord to please help the
children. As I was saying that a man came walking up to me and said, “The Lord has sent me to you to help you build your park “. Now
at that point I woke up, but I still remember it as if it happened last night. So I am asking you this question, is God talking to
you about becoming a supporter? Now God has confirmed this vision more than once during the last two years. In Oct. the Lord spoke
to me and said that it was time to move forward with the park.
Now, I have been asked " why did I file as a C corporation instead
of a non-profit corporation. There are two reasons for this.
1st . -- Non-profits are always needing donations in order to stay
in business. They are always asking you to donate funds so they can stay in operation. Grizzly Mountain on the other hand, once
funded, will generate it's own support and will not have to ask for donations or stage fund raisers. It will in fact, be able to provide
many more programs than a non-profit and also be able to bless those that caught the vision and purchased stock to build Grizzly
Mountain.
2nd. -- There has been a lot of Christian ministeries in the news lately that have gotten their eyes off the vision
and in doing so have went down in disgrace. I did not want that to happen to Grizzly Mountain . With a C corporation there is a lot
more accountability, on how the income is spent. Also, I did not want anyone to be able to point a finger at me and say that he was
just in it for the money. That is not the reason I am building this park. There are so many people out there that need help, that
for me, they are my priority. Also, as an investor, you have a say as to how the company in run. All I want to do is help people in
need!
What Shareholder meeting would like to go to?
#1.--- A meeting where all they talk about is what is happening with
the company Or,
#2.--- A meeting that tells about all the families , the homeless, and the children that the company has helped
during the past year. As well as telling you that the company made a profit and because of that your stock has went up.
